If the billing contact for your organization has changed, you have 3 options for updating...
1. You can have the existing billing contact, who has access to the Time Sync billing menu, update the information. If you have access, you will have the following menu (Admin >> ScheduleMaster Account) with several screens below it.
2. You can have the new billing contact go to the following link: https://my.schedulemaster.com/billing/ . The new contact will need information from a recent invoice to sign up as a billing contact.
3. A system operator can send an email to email@example.com to let us know who the proper billing contact is.
A billing contact has access to your Time Sync statement, billing address, billing contact, billing preferences, and payment options.
Nothing in this article appears to be correct. The menu choices stated do not exist. (yes I am an admin and sysop) and the link to the billing page just comes up blank.
And that is while trying to "give" them money.
