If you have a Smart phone, you can enter your time and make a payment from our mobile site. If you have any recent postflights that are due, you will see an alert symbol on the schedule page. See icon outlined in red in image below.
After clicking the alert icon, it will take you to a list of outstanding postflights, preflights, and/or payments due. See image below.
Clicking on a row that begins with Postflight will take you to a screen where you can enter your meter time as well as receipts (if your club allows users to enter their own receipts). See below.
If you need to enter receipts, click on the 'Enter receipt bar' to expand this section. It might be helpful to collapse the meter section to save space on your screen. See below.
After entering all information, click on 'Submit Postflight' to save your entry. This will take you to the statement. If you have previously entered a credit card or eCheck account, you will see a 'Make Payment' button on the statement. If you have not entered a credit card or eCheck account, these must be entered from the web interface before being able to make a payment from our smart phone interface. The payment screen can be seen below. After entering your payment amount, click 'Submit Payment'. This will take you back to the statement screen with the adjustment for your payment.
