Change the view to either 'List by Date' or 'List by ID_NO' and enter the date range parameters with any filters needed. Then click on 'Refresh Schedules'. At the top of the schedule you will see 'Current Schedule' and an icon. Click on the icon to download schedules to a spreadsheet.
There is an additional schedule download under the reports menu (Admin >> Reports >> Schedule Download). This download can retrieve schedules farther into the past.
If you get an error while the system is trying to open the spreadsheet, you may need to change your privacy settings.
To do this in Internet Explorer,
- Go to Tools|Internet Options
- Select the Privacy tab.
- If your privacy is set to 'Block all cookies', change it to one setting below that (probably High).
- Click on the Apply button and the OK button.
- Close and re-open Internet Explorer.
- Try the schedule download again.
