If your club is using the Squawk Management module, squawks will be indicated on the schedule with a colored triangle. The color of the triangle will indicate the highest severity of the squawk for that aircraft. To get more information on the squawks for that aircraft, you can click on the triangle to link to the squawk details. You can also get to the squawk detail page through the Resource menu. In the image below, clicking on the red hazard symbol for 99887 opened up the aircraft status box with squawk and scheduled maintenance information.
Some organizations (that are not using Squawks) may be using resource-specific messages, which are indicated by a circle on the schedule, to record squawks. However, since the Squawk module has better functionality for managing maintenance, and since this module is free to organization at our standard service level, we recommend taking advantage of the Squawk module. Please have your organization contact us if you need more information on turning this module on.
