If your group allows public messages, when adding/editing a message, set the Regarding field to "Public." When a message is set to "Public" this allows any person outside of Schedule Master to view the message. Public messages behave just as general messages to Schedule Master users. To turn on public messages (only sysops can):
- Go to the Info/Policy page
- Click on the Group Options sub-menu
- Check the box next to Allow Public Messages and save Your groups public messages can be found at: http://www.schedulemaster.com/schedulemaster/publicmessages.asp?org_code=* org identifier* Be sure to replace * org identifier* with your group's unique identifier. It can be found on the Info/Policy page under the Group Info page.
