To set up Time Management, do the following step
Set Up Organization
- Go to service config screen, check the checkbox for Time Management, and save.
- After saving you will find additional Time Management options (e.g. user flight time entry). Check the options as needed.
- If you want to be able to upload electronic invoices, contact Time Sync to get this set up.
Set Up Resources
- Set meter (hobbs or tach) and first billing date in Resource screen for each resource.
Set Up Users
- Sysops will already have access to entering TM data for all aircraft. Resource sysops will have access to the resource specified.
- Additional Time Management authorizations can be set in the User Authorization screen.
