We have a Squawks modules and a Scheduled Maintenance module that are integrated with our scheduling system.
With the Squawks module, your customers can enter problems with the aircraft online. (There is an optional configuration for an approval process if you want managers to approve before showing to general users.) This visibility will keep help managers and users be aware of the status of the aircraft. An indication of the squawk status can be seen right from the schedule page. You can also sign up for notifications of new or completed squawks. For more information on Squawk features and configurations options, see the following article:
With the Scheduled Maintenance module, managers can enter due dates/times for various regular maintenance tasks, such as annuals and oil changes. This information is viewable to all users, and users can sign up for notifications of due or completed maintenance. The system will predict maintenance due times in advance based on entered meter times in addition to schedule information. This will give maintenance managers the information they need to plan ahead. For more information on Scheduled Maintenance features and configuration options, see the following article:
The information from both the squawks and the scheduled maintenance modules are displayed on the preflight page to help pilots checking in for a flight get the most recent information.
