Configurable destination options/schedule type - 7/9/20

The list of destination options (or schedule types) is configurable.  These options can also have corresponding placeholder text for the textbox to the right.  The example below shows that when Cross Country is selected, the placeholder text 'Enter destination' is displayed.   We can also specify a tooltip that changes when different options are selected.  The tooltip allows for longer instructions.
