My phone number or email address is wrong. How can I update?

Under the My Account menu, click on My Profile. This information will be on the Contact tab, which should be showing.  After making your changes, be sure to click on 'Save.'  If any of the fields you are trying to change are greyed out, you may not be authorized to make the changes.
