How can our students find the right instructor?

On the instructor list page, a student can see the ratings and checkouts that the instructors have (assuming this information is being kept up to date).  For larger clubs, there is even an option to filter by these fields.

You might also consider having your instructors enter notes about what their availability is and whether or not they are taking new students.
