Some clubs may have the system configured so that only SYSOPs and specifically authorized users can update member expiration dates. If you are a SYSOP and the fields do not go into edit mode when entering a user, then you may need to enter some setup information before using these fields. To do this, go to Group Info | User Date Limits. There you will (at a minimum) need to set a reminder for the field and can set the system to suspend at expiration if you desire. Each field with a reminder set will show up in edit mode on the user screen for a SYSOP.
