Can we create a guest user?

Answer:  A Sysop or other authorized user can create a user with limited privileges to use as a 'guest user'. To do this, create a user and go to the user authorizations page.  Relevant authorizations include...

• Guest user (under the Misc section) - checking this checbox limits a user to the schedule and resource menus. Also, this user can not schedule.
• Limit user info on schedules (in the Scheduling section)
• Scheduling privileges (in the Scheduling section) - unchecking this will remove all scheduling privileges.
