User Page Features

• TSA Information

The Pilot/Personal information page has a section for adding TSA-related information, including citizenship and TSA-ID. This section also has a link to a site containing TSA requirement information. There is a link on the Customer Management page to download users with a non-US citizenship and no TSA ID.

• User Authorizations

Several specific user authorizations have been added to give you more flexibility.

• Default User

If you would like new users to have preferences or authorizations defaulted to something other than the standard defaults, you can specify your own default user profile. To specify the settings for your default user, go to Info/Policy|Default User Profile.

• Outlook/Palm Integration

The Contact Info page has a link for adding a given contact to your online address book. This link has been tested with Outlook and Palm.

• Contact Log

The contact log will allow you to log information (e.g. date, status, comments) about contact you have had with your customers to help you manage your customers.

• Customer Management

The customer management page will allow you to list customers based on your criteria related to the flight review date, medical, date of last contact, and date of last schedule.

• Username Modification

Usernames can be modified by sysops. If a user has the ability to change his password, he will also have the ability to change his own username.

• Notifications to Small Devices 

There is a terse setting for each email address. If this setting is checked, the notification sent will be a shortened version.
