Can I receive email notifications when users' dates expire?

If this option is enabled, these notifications will be sent for dates that are set to remind or suspend users.  These options are defined in the User Date Limits screen (within the Info/Policy menu).  Emails are sent to the user whose date is nearing expiration and also to the club sysops.

The email to the user is sent on the first day the user would be reminded by the pop-up in Schedule Master.  This day is calculated by the expiration day minus the number of days users are reminded before expiration.  The number of days before expiration can be set in the User Date Limits screen.

The email to the sysops is sent on the same day and will include a list of users that are being notified that day of an approaching expiration.

A second email will be sent on the day before the user will be suspended from scheduling (as a result of the expiring date).  The suspension date is also calculated based on a parameter set in the User Date Limits screen.  Again, all sysops will be emailed with a list of notified users.
