User reporting/Email by criteria

There are several fields available for filtering on the User Reports screen.  Some of the new ones include Price Level,the club-defined user text fields, and checkouts.  Up to 3 date fields can be included in this screen.  They are medical, BFR, and user date 1 (top right field on User Date Limits).  There is also a toggle for setting whether the filters should select based on ANY or ALL criteria.

Due to the expanded number of fields, several of the fields will not display in the user data unless they are selected as part of the criteria.  However, when the criteria are changed, all previous fields will remain in the user data until the screen is re-entered from the menu.

After selecting the list of users, you can download the users to a spreadsheet or send a bulk email to them.

The following users have access to this page...

• Sysops (i.e. system operators, who have the highest level of access; Menu access through either of the menu options listed below.
• Users with 'Modify/Add users' authorization;  Menu nav: Admin >> User Admin >> User Reports.
• Users with 'Email by criteria/User reports' authorization;  Menu nav: Group Info >> Email By Criteria
