Error viewing statement on Mac using IE

The following error occurs when trying to view an online billing statement from a Mac using Internet Explorer:

An error occurred during local report processing.
The definition of the report 'Main Report' is invalid.
An unexpected error occurred while compiling expressions. Native compiler return value: '[BC2001] file 'C:WINDOWSTEMPuh7ymdzw.0.vb' could not be found'.

Internet Explorer 5.2 on the Mac does not support reports. We recommend downloading a modern browser, such as Safari or Firefox.
