Bulk retire of users 7/11/13

When using the bulk retire of users...

• If a user being retired had scheduled cancelled, they will receive an email to notify them that they were retired and had schedules cancelled.
• A bulk email will be sent to users with Cancel recurring notifications for the resources related to the cancelled schedules.
