Notification for users with expired dates and schedules - 8/3/18

If you already receive notifications for users with expired dates, you may notice that the notification now has schedule information.  If you do not have this notification turned on and you have dates that are required for scheduling, you will now receive a notification that only has notification of expired dates for users that have schedules.  If none of your users with expired required dates have schedules, then you should not receive this new notification.
