New schedule alert options - 6/26/18

There are new schedule alert options.  Previously you could request to be alerted when a particular resource and timespan became available.  Now you could put the alert on the schedule itself - to be alerted when the schedule is cancelled, shifted, or shortened.  Let us know if you notice any problems with this new feature.
