New action type in Action Log - 3/20/15

The logging of schedule events for those done while is Dispatcher mode will now be logged with the action type of 'Schedule event (Disp. mode)' instead of 'Schedule event'.  This will allow better visibility of scheduling done in Dispatcher mode, which can override all rules.

Please be aware that this enhancement is not retroactive, so any Dispatcher scheduling done before 3/20/15 will not have the new type.
