User Reports - added other checkouts to query screen - 8/19/15

Another field was added to the user reports screen, which allows you to select users meeting various criteria.  This field is 'Other checkouts', which is set in the user profile on the Pilot/Personal page.  FYI - The 'Other checkouts' field can be customized by organization.  The screen is depicted below.
