Instructor Default - 9/9/15

A field for selecting a user's default instructor was added to the user preferences page.  

Note: A couple other schedule page default fields were removed from this page.  Those fields can still be modified by saving your preferred view from the schedule page using the link labeled 'Set this as your default display'.

  This field is used to default the instructor field on the scheduling page.  It can also be used for reporting to identify which students are flying with a particular instructor.
