Adjustment to rental time (using rate override) - 5/11/16

If you are modifying a rental time entry on one of the flight management screens, the adjusted entry will now use whatever rate was used for the original transaction.  This will be the case whether there was originally a rate override or if a new effective rate was entered since the postflight.  If you do not want to use the original rate, then you should delete the time entry and re-enter the postflight.
