If you did not receive a text notification you expected, here are some troubleshooting steps...
Do you receive any text messages from Schedule Master?
Yes - If you receive some notifications and not others, check the settings for your individual notifications.
No - If this is the case, you may have notifications blocked. If you sent a stop request to us, we may no longer send them. A sysop/administrator can check to see if we are sending notifications by checking the notification queue at Admin >> System Admin >> Notif Queue. If the Queue indicates that we are sending, you may also have blocked the Schedule Master phone number on your device.
