User Expiration Dates List - 5/12/17

There is a new screen that shows all user expiration dates in one place. You can find it in Admin>>Reports>>User Expiration Dates.

The columns include only the dates that have the 'Remind' or 'Suspend' boxes checked on the User Date Limits page. The column for the new medical date fields have the calculated expiration dates. (FYI - If a birth date is not supplied, it will be assumed that the user is older and has the earlier expiration.)

Users selected for reporting will include any users with an expiration date within the #days set as the remind #days. The dates are color coded. Any expired dates are red (even if the club was not suspending for this date). Any dates expiring within the remind #days would be yellow (even if a reminder is not set).

Note: This screen does not include credit card expiration dates.
