How do I add a message relative to a specific resource?

To alert members of a specific message relative to a resource, you can add a resource-specific message that will be displayed both on the resource status screen and on the preflight screen.  To make a resource specific messagem go to the 'Group Info | Messages' tab.

• If you have the authority, then you can add a message by clicking on the 'Add a message' link towards the top of the page.
• Next to 'Regarding', the ID # of the resource you want to identify for a specific message and write the message
• Be sure to hit 'Save' when done with the message

Note: There is an option of 'Secure Message', this makes the message not able to be seen by suspended users. Note also, anytime a new message is posted on the system, all of your qualified members will receive new message notification the first time they log-in after it is posted.
