Enhanced user select - 4/21/15

The new enhanced user select will search the user list for the typed characters.  See below for example.  For now, this feature will be turned on for the larger clubs, which will receive the most benefit.  However, since this is configurable by organization, any organization can request for this feature to be turned on or off.
