How can I make sure users do not schedule if their medical, BFR, or other date are expired?

Answer:

On the User Date Limits screen (Admin >> System Admin >> User Date Limits), a SYSOP can set rules related to when to remind and/or suspend users for expiring medicals, BFRs, and other important dates. Up to 8 different dates can be customized.  These dates are updated in the Status page of the User profile (Admin >> User Mgmt >>User Profiles).
