Ride sharing option

Note: This feature is only available in the latest version of the schedule, not the original view or the mobile-specific site.  

Users offering ride sharing should check the FAA regulations to make sure they are in compliance.

Ride Sharing is turned on in Group Options (Admin >> System Admin >> Group Options)

If ride sharing is turned on and you have selected an airplane to schedule, you will see a checkbox labeled 'Ride sharing available'.  When this option is checked, the Schedule comment box will change to say 'Ride share details and contact info' as seen below.

When this option is saved, the schedule will be given a turquoise outline as seen below, and there will be information in the hover to indicate there is a Ride Share available.

If users want to be notified of ride share schedules, they can set these notifications in the 'Recurring Notification Server Events' section of the schedule notifications screen located at Schedule >> My Sched Notif.  See image below.
