Shared Resources

Resources (i.e. aircraft, instructor, etc) can be shared across organizations. With this configuration, both organizations can schedule the resource, and the system will make sure those schedules do not conflict. Any schedule created in the other organization will not have the name of the user. Instead it would say something like 'Busy' or 'External resource' as seen in the image below. Schedules could only be edited by the organization that made them. If you would like a shared resource set up, please contact Time Sync at support@timesync.com.

Limitations:

1. Postflight - Does not use billing meter entries from other club to default postflight billing meter begin or end
2. Flight Management and Rent Data - Does not note billing meter entries from other club for reconciliation of gaps in time.
3. Squawks - Does not share squawk information across organizations.
4. Scheduled Maintenance - Does not use maintenance meter entries from other club or share a view of scheduled maintenance due.
