What is "no show" scheduling?

This functionality allows a user to supercede a schedule if the owner of the schedule is considered a 'no-show.'  See No-Show Policy  on the Sched Policies page under the Group Info menu to find out if your club allows this functionality and the parameters for determining a no-show.  SYSOPs can change the No-Show policy.
