Some users (usually students or instructors) schedule the same slot of time every week. This process can be facilitated with the repeat scheduling option. This feature can be turned on for all sysops or all users in the group options page (Admin >> System Admin >> Group Options) or for specific users in the user authorizations page (the Auth. tab of the user profile for a specific user).
If repeat scheduling is turned on for the user scheduling, the user can change the option seen in the screen print below from 'Single schedule' to 'Repeating schedule'. This will display the repeat options. A user can pick the days of the week to repeat and the end date. They can also specify whether or not to make standby schedules (if this option is enabled for the organization).
