Online Billing vs Time Management

We offer 2 billing options. 

• Time Management records meter entries for download to a spreadsheet. 
• Online Billing records meter entries and invoices immediately to a running statement for each customer with the ability to record all charges, credits and payments to that account.

Time Management benefits...

• Billing meter entries can be recorded for download to a spreadsheet.
• Maintenance meter entries can be recorded with the billing meter to feed Scheduled Maintenance status.
• Hobbs entries can feed currency data, which can enforce a minimum number of hours flown per period of time (e.g. 3 hours within 90 days) by blocking scheduling for those not meeting the criteria.

Online Billing has all of the above benefits plus...

• Automated invoicing of rental, including option for multiple price levels (e.g. member vs non-member or block time)
• Optional submission and credit of fuel receipts, including image, and approval queue for reversing if necessary.
• Optional integration with online payments
• Automated invoicing of dues
• Credit limit controls that can block scheduling if the customer has not paid their bill and goes over
• Download of summary-level accounting data to Quick Books (i.e. income, expenses, deposits, AR) for tax reporting, bank reconciliation, and financial analysis.
• Option for invoicing rules, such as minimum billing for reservations or no flights (custom coding fee)
