The owner statement feature allows you to add rent and fuel receipts from the customer postflight onto the owner statement. There are also screens for adding other aircraft expenses, such as insurance.
Below is a sample running statement for an aircraft owner.
The transactions that look like a blue link have a drilldown of the details when clicked as seen in the image below.
Another option for the owner statement is one that is grouped into categories as seen below.
The rent and receipts information comes from the user postflights. Additional transactions (e.g. insurance, tiedown) can be added through the Expense Check screen (where the transactions for various aircraft can be entered for a single check) or the Bill/Credit Memo screen for miscellaneous transactions.
