There are 3 methods of managing postflights. We can turn on any or all of these options.
- Redirect users to postflight list
- Remind users to enter postflights within specified period of time.
- Suspend users if they have not entered postflight within N hours.
Redirect: If a user has an outstanding postflight, the login will redirect them to the postflight list. Any club that has user entry of postflights has this option enabled.
Reminder: This postflight reminder is sent to those that have not entered their postflight within N hours after the end of the schedule. Email email@example.com if you would like this job turned on for your organization. Please let me know how many hours to allow before sending the reminder. If the reminder is set for 0 or 1 hours after the end of the schedule, the hourly job will send a single reminder. If the reminder is set for >=2 hours, the daily job will send a reminder around 8am Pacific time every day until the postflight is entered. FYI - the jobs will use the notification preferences for the billing group as defined in the user profile.
Suspension: This option will suspend users from scheduling if they have an open postflight N days after the end of the schedule. This field is a decimal (i.e. 12 hours=0.5 days). Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like this option turned on for your organization. Let us know how many days to allow for a user to enter their postflight before suspension.
