I get an inactivity error trying to log in to ScheduleMaster. What is wrong?

Are you getting the following error message?

'Schedule Master could not validate your user or session information. (This will occur after some inactivity time, or if you return to a page after logging out from Schedule Master.)

If you have been away from your computer, please return to the login page and try again.

Or, if you have saved ScheduleMaster as a favorite, the site address should read my.schedulemaster.com or www.schedulemaster.com/smlogin.htm or usafc.schedulemaster.com. This can be reviewed and changed by right-clicking on the item in the favorites menu and going to Properties.

If you are getting this error specifically using my.schedulemaster.com with the autologin feature, you can resolve the problem by doing the following:
1. Remove the autologin from the page you see after you log out.
2. Re-bookmark the page before you log in.
3. Then log back in with your password remembered.
