When I try to log in, my browser shows a message: "Page cannot be displayed"

If you are using an older browser, especially Internet Explorer 9 or 10, you must enable the newer security methods TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 to connect with our site.  You may enable these on IE in the Internet Options section of IE as follows:

1. Click the 'Tools' menu option.  You may need to press the Alt key to see this meeu item, or you may need to click the gear icon as an alternative

2. Select Internet Options

3. Click the advanced tab

4. Scroll down to the "Security" section

5. Locate and check "Use TLS 1.1"  and "Use TLS 1.2"  (See image attached)

6. Click the "OK" button
