Customer balances are maintained in an online statement, which can be viewed by the user at any time. If you would like to notify the customer of their balance, there are multiple options.
- Customers can have a credit limit specified over which they can be directed to the payment page upon login and potentially suspended from scheduling if the organization is configured for that.
- A monthly email can be scheduled for users to let them know of their balance and encourage them to log in and see the details.
- Individual statements can be viewed and printed online (Billing Admin >> Statements) for mailing. Click here for more details.
